How do I delete my account?
Sign in and open your Profile page. Use Delete account at the bottom of the page, or email us from the address on your account.
A grading failed — was I charged?
Failed cards are not charged. Credits are only deducted for successful grades. Check your activity ledger on Profile for details.
Are AI grades official PSA/BGS/SGC grades?
No. Mint Condition™ provides pre-grading estimates to help you decide what to submit. Only official grading companies issue slab grades.
